The first step is to contact so that they can pair you to your designated professional based on the services you need and the area of town that you live. We can also supply an informal estimate at this step. After that, if it looks like we have a good fit, a professional will contact you to set up Step #2.
2. Schedule a FREE In-home consultation.
Your designated pro will contact you to set up a convenient time to meet in your home. They will require the details of your services needed and be able to interact with your pets and/or view your property. It is a good idea to share a key or entry codes with them at this meeting.
3. Complete Profile.
We will send you a formal estimate and confirmation of services following your FREE meeting with your sitter. We will also invite you to our client portal. Your online profile contains all info we need to complete your services including info about your emergency contacts and pet(s). It will help everyone, including your pet(s), if you fill out as much info on your profile as possible prior to the first paid visit.
